2018

State of the College

Change happens from the moment a student walks on campus and into the classroom to begin interacting with faculty, staff and fellow students. Last year, the signs of change were everywhere you looked on campus.

Highlights &Changes

The past school year, College of the Desert added new classes, programs and services, welcomed new faculty and opened new and expanded campus locations all to better serve our students and community.

COD announced the plEDGE Program will guarantee two years tuition free for the Class of 2018

The college dedicated the telescopes and observatory at the Mecca/Thermal campus. The observatory will benefit students in astronomy and STEM disciplines both in person and remotely in classrooms at all COD campuses.

By the community. For the community. Here's a glimpse of the College's time in the desert.
