    COD Career Center

You Can Find Your Workforce at COD Career Center

At College of the Desert, we’re working to increase employer engagement and participation, training and hiring, and expanding programs and support to help students connect to real-world job training and career opportunities.

The Career Center at COD is an academic and career development training center as well as a community connection, a one-stop connection for students, alumni and employers.
Employers can access customized training for their workplace as well as post job openings, host career days, review resumes and conduct interviews, develop and offer internships and more.
Contact the Career Center to speak with one of our career concierges to set up a free account and learn more about your sponsorships and customized training options.

    Four Ways To Participate

There are four ways the business community can participate, engage and help shape the future when it comes to higher education opportunities and workforce development.

    You Can:

    • Add your business as a Career Center partner
    • Work with COD to develop customized training for your business
    • Place FREE job postings 24/7 that will reach more than 21,000 current and past COD students
    • Participate in an employer focus group to help shape career center services to serve local employers
    • Schedule a tour of the COD campuses
